About the Owner
Bridgett Ladd spent several years as a Brand Ambassador/Field Manager in San Diego and Los Angeles areas. She has over eight years of experience in experiential marketing and event staffing. She believes that clients should be proud of the ambassadors representing their brand. In 2000, Bridgett began working as an staffing agent for several major product brands such as Revlon, NASCAR, Verizon Wireless and Ford to name a few. Over the years she has built a strong database of great, reliable talent and felt that this was the time to start The Ladd Agency.
